What we fix

Battery replacement
Draining by lunchtime, shutting down at 30%, or swelling against the back panel. Replaced and health-tested the same day.

Cable falls out, charges only at one angle, or stopped charging entirely. Port cleaned or replaced, connector re-seated.

Ultrasonic cleaning and corrosion treatment on the board. Bring it in switched off — the sooner it reaches the bench, the more we save.

The phone goes on the bench and gets tested properly — usually about fifteen minutes. You find out what is actually wrong.

What a good repair shop owes you
Most phones written off elsewhere are repairable. The difference is whether the person holding the screwdriver can read a board.
The difference
Most shops swap modules. We read the board.
A screen or a battery is a parts swap — anybody with a spudger and a heat mat can do it. The phones that get declared dead are the ones with a fault on the logic board, and those need a microscope, a hot-air station and someone who can follow a schematic.
That work happens at this bench. Your phone does not go into a courier bag to Kochi and come back a week later with a shrug.

Most screen and battery jobs are finished in 45 to 90 minutes, so you can wait for it. Board-level faults and water damage need longer because the phone has to be cleaned, dried and tested in stages — usually one to three days.
